Anora earned her BA in Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University and earned an additional business degree from Northern Michigan University. Anora has been volunteering with Steve at the Pathways to Successful Living Seminars since 2011 where she has been leading and motivating teams to create success in both their jobs and in their personal lives. During her professional career, Anora has excelled at creating collaborative teams by focusing on building environments where people enjoy coming to work. They have fun, feel confident in their jobs because they are recognized and feel appreciated, they trust their co-workers because their open and honest communication is valued, and they support each other in continued individual growth and business success.
